5 Legit Reasons To Sign Up For Grappling Industries Toronto July 20:
1- Round Robin: Our tournament is the only true round robin tournament on the circuit. Competitors at our event get more fights in our round robin format than any other tournament which can be undisputed as the average competitor usually gets 3 to 4 fights minimum at our events. You can read up about our round robin format and our rules at http://
2- Organization and Staff: Our tournament is pre-registration only and is disputed over a whopping 14 rings of mats that are fully barricaded. Our events start on time and end on time. The staffing of our events is an important aspect to us so we make sure to get the best referees in the communities we promote events in so to assure that all matches are as fairly judged as possible. Many teams do not commit to events because of poor organization, slow turnover on mats, and uneducated staffs and referees coordinating the mats and matches so this is something we always made sure we had down as close to perfect as possible for a BJJ event to be.
3- Grand Prize Trips, Medals, Sponsor Giveaways: We give away some of the biggest prizes and do so consistently. Grappling Industries is awarding 8 Grand Prize Trips: 5 to the Atlanta Open and 3 to the NoGi Pans on July 20 at the Summer Havoc. All divisions winners at our events get free registration to our upcoming event in a opposite city. We have beautiful, big, and in color Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals as well on July 20 will give kid’s and junior’s while supplies last extra medals from past inventories. Then, you cannot forget our amazing sponsor giveaways; Redstar BJJ will be giving out gis, The Gi Hive will be on location along with Fear the Fighter running booths and maybe event giving out goodies, KimuraWear will be giving out lots of caps and rash guards, Jits Magazine will be giving every competitor a magazine as well will be on location.
4- Free Videos: All our past events will be uploaded to our YouTube Channel before we depart to Toronto for our July 20 event. Our goal is then to upload the entire July 20 event to our YouTube Channel by 7 days after the event. We ran into some struggles with the process we were uploading the videos but we believe we have sorted out our difficulties and have significantly cut down our delay on posting an event via our channel after a event. We are the only event trying to record the entire event for all it’s competitors free of charge, we believe this is something in the future can be a game changer in the industry as competitors absolutely love being able to see the work they put in. We thank you for sticking with us on believing that we would get this completely sorted out and to begin to excel at it.
5- Consistent Evolution: The truth is when signing up for a tournament is that you are supporting its vision. We have consistently evolved and that has led us to become a recognizable BJJ tournament brand throughout Canada and wisely recognized in the north east of the States. Grappling Industries aims to be the middlemen between grapplers everywhere.
