Calling All Women to Arms
Our goal is to develop women’s grappling by offering you more fights by utilizing our round robin format allowing women to get a minimum of 4 fights in a division of 5 competitors, record and upload all your fights from the event, and offer you the most prestigious grand prizes currently on the market for women.
Women’s grappling is seen as small when it is not. There are lots of great competing women however it is important to attract them all to a central tournament where they know they will have the opportunity to rack up experience by fighting many other women and have the opportunity while doing so to win very big, and get a chance at fighting more women in a international prestigious event.
We believe in the women who enter our tournaments, that they are some of the best in the communities we host in. Like we have proven with our male draws going on to do amazing things in the tournaments we send them to, we want to prove the women are just as fierce and thus we are asking all women to compete in our events. We want women’s grappling and BJJ to be on par with the men’s but to do so we must work together in developing the women’s divisions which we feel we have been doing. However, by initiating grand prize trips for all of you each event, we hope we garner your uninterrupted support for our events and attitude.
Thank you and see you on the mats July 20 when we offer 2 women’s grand prize trips: 1 to the Atlanta Open and 1 to the NoGi Pans in New York. Click to see the EVENT PAGE or to REGISTER. Following July 20 we will be rewarding a grand prize trip for the women in Montreal on August 17 to the NoGi Worlds in California.
